Bonjour ensures a hassle-free procedure to the consumers, where they can buy the products with trust and confidence. In case the consumers are not satisfied with the order they receive or there is an issue in the quality/size or color of the item, they can contact the customer care immediately and can return the item without any delay. The brand expects the consumers to return unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged products. 

They can re-order the size/color of their choice (Except innerwear), in case they want to exchange the product & will be accepted only if they are returned with their original packaging to avoid Rs.100 re-stocking fee, within 07 days of purchase. no partial return would be acceptable. Bonjour does not accept the items valued at Rs.300 or less. If the product received is as per the order, the return is chargeable to INR 50,else free.


1. Goods Sold during SALE EVENT

 

Discounted items shall be available for a limited duration of time and  cannot be returned or exchanged. The consumers must write to us at brcc@bonjourgroup.net for any clearance and we assure you a prompt response.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase got delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

NON-RETURABLE PRODUCTS:

- Gift cards
- Discounted products
- Purchase during SALE


NON-RETURABLE & NON- EXCHANGABLE PRODUCTS:

Innerwear - Camisoles, Panties, Underwear, Vests, and other innerwear.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

- Any product not in its original condition is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
- Any product that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.


2. Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.



3. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at brcc@bonjourgroup.net.



4. Sale items (if applicable)

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.



5. Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at emarketing@bonjourgroup.net and send your item to Plot 18/19, Ecotech Extension 1, Kasna, 201309 Greater Noida UP, India.



6. Gifts

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.



7. Shipping

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to Plot 18/19, Ecotech Extension 1, Kasna, 201309 Greater Noida UP, India

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.



8. Refund Clause

 

Refund will be made in the following ways:

-Contact the support to get details of the refund policy.

-If the payment was done by Credit Card or Net-Banking, the money will be refunded to the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.

-If the payment was made by Cash on Delivery, a cheque will be sent.

-Customers must allow 10-15 business days after receiving the product for any refund to appear on their credit card account. Depending on the policies set by an individual credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after their credit is applied to the account. If the order was placed using COD, the cheque will be dispatched within 10-15 business days. Cheque will only be sent to the billing address of the customer.
