Refund policy

Bonjour ensures a hassle-free procedure to the consumers, where they can buy the products with trust and confidence. In case the consumers are not satisfied with the order they receive or there is an issue in the quality/size or color of the item, they can contact customer care immediately and can return the item without any delay. The brand expects the consumers to return unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products.

Return & Exchange Window

  • Socks & innerwear can only be returned or exchanged under *specific conditions, with requests raised within 48 hours of delivery (due to hygiene reasons). For apparels, return/exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Socks and innerwear (including underwear, hanky, panties, camisoles, vests, trunks, bras & brief) are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
  • *Socks and innerwear can only be exchanged if:
    • The wrong product was delivered.
    • The delivered product is defective or damaged.
  • Any products in sale will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are applicable for wrong item or defective product received.
  • The product must be:
    • Unused and in its with original condition, tags and packaging.
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase and unboxing video.

Return Process

  1. Raise a request via RETURN/EXCHANGE within 48 hours for socks & innerwear and 7 days for apparels from the delivery date:
    • Order ID
    • Clear photos of the product
    • Unboxing video from all angles (to verify missing or wrong items): To ensure transparency and fairness while avoiding discomfort for customers.
      “Please retain packaging and record unboxing for any support queries.”
  2. Our team will review the request and confirm approval within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup within 3–5 business days.
  4. Post pickup, a quality check (QC) will be done.
  5. Upon QC approval, exchange/refund will be processed.

Refund Policy

  • Only the product amount is refunded. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
  • COD Orders: Refunded via cheque or bank transfer within 10–15 working days (after receiving the product & QC is done)
  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded via the original payment method within 5–7 working days. (after receiving the product & QC is done)

Return/Exchange Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The request is made after 48 hours for socks & innerwear or 7 days after for apparel delivery.
  • The product is used, damaged, or not in original packaging.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Partial returns from combo packs or bundles.
